교환 및 환불 정책
Before your batch ships
You can cancel any time before the batch cutoff for a full refund. After the cutoff we may have already bought your items, so cancellations are refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
After delivery
Because items are shipped internationally, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping to our US address, and we refund the item price once it arrives.
Items we can’t take back
Opened beauty, bath and personal-care items; food; items bought through our personal shopping service (구매대행); and document service fees (서류대행).
Damaged or wrong items
Email photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund the item and cover the shipping.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Card refunds can take a few more days to appear on your statement. Wire refunds go to the original account, minus bank fees.
