When will my order ship?
Orders paid by the 12th ship from Korea on the 15th. Orders paid by the 27th ship on the 30th. Orders after the 27th ship on the 15th of the next month.
How long does delivery take?
About 7 days from Korea to the US, then 1–5 business days inside the US depending on the shipping method you choose.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and bank wire.
Do I pay customs duties?
No. Duties for regular store items are included in our prices.
Is sales tax charged?
Yes. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I return an item?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Can you buy something that isn’t on the site?
Yes. Use our Personal Shopping (구매대행) service and we’ll buy it in Korea for you.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you can track orders and save your address.
